![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Nature and humanity are composed of exquisitely complex networks of relationships, without which forests, lands, oceans, peoples, countries, and cultures perish. It applies to all of creation-grasslands, farms, people, forests, fish, wetlands, coastlands, and oceans-and it applies equally to family, communities, cities, schools, religion, cultures, commerce, and governments. Regeneration means putting life at the center of every action and decision. If putting the future of life at the heart of everything we do is not central to our purpose and destiny, why are we here? The earth will come back to life no matter what. The earth’s biological decline is how it adapts to what we are doing. We live on a dying planet-a phrase that may have sounded inflated or over the top not long ago. This disconnection is the origin of the climate crisis it is the very root-and it is where we discover solutions and actions that can engage all people, regardless of income, race, gender, or belief. Vital connections have been severed between human beings and nature, within nature itself, and between people, religions, governments, and commerce. ![]()

Humanity-Religion could only be true if at least half of man's nature, aspirations and sorrows were ignored. “Huge principles, once bewildering and even repellent, were again luminously self-evident he saw, for example, that while Humanity-Religion endeavoured to abolish suffering the Divine Religion embraced it, so that the blind pangs even of beasts were within the Father's Will and Scheme or that while from one angle one colour only of the web of life was visible-material, or intellectual, or artistic-from another the Supernatural was as eminently obvious. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The terrifying secret will either tear the nation apart-or bring the survivors together to remake a shattered world. I absolutely recommend this for YA fantasy readers! I liked her, and I enjoyed watching her grow! Joan was an interesting character who is naive because she was never told anything about monster life, and yet, she’s got an awesome inner strength that she grabs onto as the story progresses. I really enjoyed this concept, and the world of monsters that was created throughout the story! As the story unfolds, there was more and more to learn about the world of monsters, and it was fascinating! If they steal an hour, that person will die one hour sooner than they should have. So, what makes Joan a monster? Her family steals time from others to time travel. Unfortunately, the way she finds out is pretty awful, and she has to run for her life! ![]() This is a YA fantasy about a young girl, Joan, who finds out she’s a monster and the boy she was on a date with is a monster-hunter.
